All Zoriya Quinn wants is to start over.

A new home to call her own, in a new town where no one knows her past. And if that home just so happens to come with a free ghost, well then all the better!
When strange things begin to happen as soon as she moves in, she knows she made the right decision.
Her supernatural housemate, however, is not quite so thrilled.

All the Shadow wants is freedom.

Trapped within the walls of 9 Dew Lane, he has systematically frightened away every occupant for the past three decades.
But how will he react when his scare tactics don’t seem to work on the new resident.
What is it that haunts her in the night, and why does he feel so jealous that it isn’t him?

Shadow's Light is a slow burn, cozy, haunted house monster romance set in a spooky, fictional New England town featuring a resilient FMC. This damsel might be in distress, but she does just as much saving as she gets saved. For readers who take comfort in the monstrous. If you ever wanted to romance your sleep paralysis demon, this one's for you.

This was a Monster Manor Book Fair purchase and it was so good!

Looking for:
Demon shadow daddy? βœ…
Ghost cuddling? βœ…
Eager monster fucker? βœ…
Then this book is for you!

I love when the MC is absolutely unphased by how monstrous a monster is. Zori was like β€œA ghost just ate my cookie? Dope.” And the fact that it’s never really explained how she’s so okay with this, makes it even better. 🀣

I loved her and Myrkrith’s relationship. It was so intentional and domestic (with a teaspoon of touch-her-and-die and a hint of please-fuck-me πŸ€£).

Great little book!

Thank you so much for reading! I'm glad you enjoyed it πŸ˜Š
